Residency Success agrees to provide you with best-in-class services and counsel to support you in your pursuit of a residency MATCH in the United States. Residency Success does not guarantee that you will match upon completion of services since many factors determine a successful MATCH, but we promise to provide you with unparalleled service throughout the process.
By confirming to submit payment for the selected services, you agree:
● to complete all of your assignments and be responsive in a timely manner to correspondence with Residency Success in order to remain on track with your program plan
● to provide Residency Success with all the necessary supporting documents needed to jump-start the program plan knowing that Residency Success will agree to keep the confidentiality of those documents
● to provide us with your professional photo while enrolled along with feedback when you have a positive MATCH
● that all payments are non-refundable
● that if you decide to put the services on hold for any reason:
i. you have up to a maximum of 1 year from the suspension date to complete the remaining services and any services remaining in your program will be limited and determined by the time already spent servicing you; OR
ii. you can transfer the remaining credit left on your program as a credit to a relative or a friend of your choice. Please note that the credit will be determined by the time left on the program.
