Mock Interviews Are Broken Down Into Basic Interview Skills, Behavioral Interview Tactics, And Clinical Questions.

This approach is designed to uncover your weaknesses and accentuate your strengths. Depending On The Package You Choose, We Prepare You In Two Ways:

i. Group Bootcamp Interview (IV) Preparation

Group bootcamp mock interviews with our interview experts, attendings, fellows or residents, are pre-scheduled according to availability. They are interactive and have the benefit of seeing how you perform alongside your peers. You have the ability to pair up with your session members and practice after the Bootcamp so you can continue practicing our recommended methods.

II. One-on-One Interview (IV) Preparation

One-on-one mock interview sessions are for those who need extra assistance to make sure they are interview-ready. These sessions can be personalized prior to your IV, MATCHing answers based on your strengths and the program offerings.

Your CV & personal statement will be reviewed thoroughly to assess your abilities during the first hour and then you will be given targeted feedback.

Over the next sessions, we conduct mock interviews: broken down into Basic IV skills, Behavioral IV Tactics, Clinical Question scenarios, and uncover your weaknesses. The questions which you will be coached to ask will be targeted specifically to the program you will be interviewing with.

Our approach is personalized to overcome your weaknesses. We have interviewed 100’s of future residents and fellows in University-based programs who have matched successfully. If you are new to Interviewing, we recommend attending at least two Group Bootcamp Mock sessions followed by the one-on-one Mock sessions with our IV strategy experts.
